Purchases and Payments

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that you have entered the correct Minecraft username, as we are unable to transfer packages to different users. Most purchases are processed within 10 minutes, but in some cases it may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your items within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

All purchases are currently processed through PayPal and Stripe. Please note that payments made via eCheck may take up to 14 days to process. For security reasons, packages will not be provided until your eCheck has cleared.
