Purchasing items from the OceanLands store may grant digital perks. These perks are usually listed in the item's description or are otherwise made clear by other means. These perks are applied to the purchaser's account(s) or other designated account(s). Some items may grant perks to accounts on multiple platforms. When perks are applied to multiple platforms, the receiver of the perks must be the sole owner of all the accounts. Failure to comply with this may lead to a removal of the perks and/or the banning (blacklisting) of the accounts across all platforms. Some perks may be applied to accounts automatically and some perks may need to be applied manually. In the case of manual application of perks, actions outside of the store may be required to redeem the perks.

There is no guarantee that you will be able to join the server even if you have purchased from our store. Certain things such as server outages, network issues, maintenance, completely full servers, and others may result in an inability to join the server and therefore make use of purchased items. Purchasing an item that does not include the skip queue perk does not entitle you to any form of priority joining. Purchasing items that include a perk to skip the queue does not guarantee that you can always join the server. When the server's donator reserved spots are filled, you will not be able to join.

We reserve the right to modify or remove any perks/ranks granted by a purchase from our store without notice. Furthermore, purchasing from our store does not immunize you from punishments. Our staff team reserves the right to ban accounts which have perks from purchases without providing any refunds. Grounds for bans can be found at http://www.oceanlands.net/rules.

We do not provide refunds of any kind. All purchases are final. Any forced refunds such as Paypal chargebacks will result in a permanent ban applied to all accounts and associated IP address(es) on all platforms connected to the user who has charged back. If someone has purchased a rank for you and charged back, you may contact our support team on OceanLands, its store, and its Minecraft servers are not associated with Mojang in any way. Do not contact Mojang for support or refunds pertaining to OceanLands.
